From 03/02/2024, our new feature Dial Plan Rights for Qaller (Plus) users allows you to assign specific dialplans to a group in the Company Panel. The users in this group can adjust the incoming call settings of the selected dial plans in the group.

First, create a Group (Users) in the Company Panel or edit an existing group.

Click on the +Add button to add a new Group.

A pop-up window will appear and now you can select the users for this group and select the dial plan(s) that tthese users are allowed to customise in the Qaller app.

Press save and the settings are automatically saved in the Qaller apps for the users.
