How to call the porting or definitely execute the transfer

You can call the portage in 2 ways:

Via the mail you receive on the day of the scheduled date with a button/link: Call porting
Via myfonzer.com:

1) Go to the submenu "Portings".

2) Find the porting you want to call that has been accepted for that day. Open the details by clicking on the eye.

3) Click on Call Porting (this can only be done on the date indicated and after approval)

4) Once you have clicked on it, you will be redirected to a web page where you can indicate at what time you wish the porting to be carried out (ATTENTION: porting can be requested between 9am and 3pm). If you want it to be executed as soon as possible, leave the default time as it is.
