Rights to manage the phone book can be requested by sending an e-mail to: support@fonzer.com.
You can manage your personal and/or shared contacts via your 🤙🏻 Fonzie/MyFonzer user.
a. Management via MyFonzer
Login with your 🤙🏻Fonzie user to MyFonzer. Then use the menu to open the Phonebook application.
The screen below shows the following (this is an example situation):
Personal is your default private address book. It is created automatically and cannot be accessed or changed by another user.
Fonzer Shared in this case is our shared phonebook. At the Company level, you can create multiple address books yourself as you wish, name them and add contacts to them.
Fonzer O365 is a synchronised phonebook. It is imported every 15 minutes from the source system, here O356. You can then no longer manually create or change contacts.
You can add as many personal or shared phonebooks as you like by clicking on the '+ Create' button.
Buttons:
From the contact list, you can upload contacts using a file or url, by pressing the import icon (cloud).
After importing a list, you can indicate which columns you want to add.
b. Managing your customer's contacts as a Reseller
If you are logged in as a Reseller, you can manage the shared address books via the overview of clients and then the Phonebook tab.
The Personal Address Book can only be managed by the user.
The Contacts tab gives you an overview of all existing contacts where you can choose to change or delete them.
Via the button '+Add contact' at the top right, a screen opens where you can enter all desired contact details.
You can choose to which address book you want to add them.
Here, too, you can create groups to make filtering easier.

c. Contacts: manage your contacts' data here; see chapter 2 for adding, editing and deleting contacts.
In this overview you can call the selected contact directly by clicking on the telephone number. You can search here via the Search... bar and/or shorten the search list by means of the address book and the filter group.
d. Dial
This is the main screen with an overview of your favourite contacts, internal numbers and call history.
The right half of the screen shows Recent Calls: history of all your calls. You can also start a call via this way by clicking the horn next to the data.
You can move (sort) the blocks by clicking on the horizontal bars in front and dragging them to the desired place in the list.
BLF (Busy lamp field or status) at the front of the left bar:
Green: your contact is available
Orange: your contact is being called or is placing a call
Red: your contact is occupied
During the call, you can select the following actions from the green bar at the top of the screen:
Hold: you put the call on hold
Transfer: you connect to another person
Terminate: you end the call
The right half of the screen shows the history of all your calls. You can also start a call in this way by clicking on the receiver icon next to the data.
